Acceptable Use Policy

You will not

• List animals you don’t own or have permission to list (including stolen pets).
• Misrepresent an animal’s breed, registration, health testing, or parentage.
• Use Densites to facilitate the sale of animals to operations known for inhumane conditions (commercial mass-breeding facilities, dealers).
• Post abusive, harassing, or hateful content.
• Upload malware, attempt to compromise other tenants, or abuse our infrastructure.
• Scrape Densites for competitive purposes without written permission.
• Use Densites for any unlawful purpose.

Animal welfare

We expect tenants to follow accepted ethical-breeder standards: appropriate health testing for the breed, kittens placed at the minimum age established by their registry, responsible screening of buyers. We may suspend accounts that publicly contradict basic welfare standards.

If we receive a report

Email [email protected] to report a violation. We’ll investigate within 7 days. Where appropriate we may: (a) ask the tenant to correct the issue, (b) make a record private, or (c) suspend the account.

Disputes between tenants

Densites is not the buyer’s or breeder’s contract counterparty. If a buyer and breeder dispute the sale of a kitten, that’s between them. We can produce records of activity on the platform when subpoenaed.
