Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Densites (“we,” “us”) provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform that lets cat breeders (“you”) maintain a public-facing website and a private admin app for managing animals, litters, kittens, and buyer applications.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 to register a cattery.
• You’re responsible for the security of your password.
• One person per account in MVP. Multi-user teams arrive in a later phase.

3. Your content

Photos, animal records, application submissions, and CMS pages remain yourproperty. We need a limited license to host, transmit, and display them so the platform works. We will never sell your data.

4. Acceptable use

See our Acceptable Use Policy for details on what content is and isn’t allowed. Short version: no illegal content, no malicious code, no fraudulent listings.

5. Plans & billing

Densites is free during private beta. Once paid plans launch, prices and feature gates will be disclosed clearly before any charge. Tenants on legacy free plans will be given reasonable notice before any change to access.

6. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, with reasonable notice except for urgent safety issues.

7. Disclaimers & liability

Densites is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months (currently $0 for beta tenants).

8. Changes

We’ll post updates here with a new “Effective” date at the top, and notify tenants of material changes by email.
