Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your account: email, password (hashed), cattery name, chosen subdomain.
• Your content: photos, animal records, litter and kitten info, CMS pages, tenant settings.
• Buyer applications: applicants submit their own contact information through your application form. We store it so you can review it.
• Operational logs: standard web server logs, error reports (via Sentry). IP addresses retained briefly for rate-limit and abuse-prevention purposes.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your data. We don’t share it with advertisers. We don’t train ML models on your photos. The only third parties with access are:

• Cloudflare (CDN, DNS, image storage in R2)
• Hetzner (hosting infrastructure)
• Resend (transactional email delivery)
• Better Auth (open-source auth library — runs on our servers)
• Sentry (error monitoring; no application data sent, only stack traces)

EXIF and location data

Phone photos contain GPS coordinates of where the photo was taken. Densites strips EXIF metadata before photos leave your device — your home address is never uploaded.

Your rights

You can export your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We aim to respond within 7 days.

Cookies

Densites uses cookies only for what’s strictly necessary: session/auth, theme preference, and dismiss state for banners. No tracking cookies. No analytics cookies in MVP.

Changes

Updates posted here with a new “Effective” date. Material changes emailed to tenants.
